gadgets to do about everything; including the use of electricity. If your
serious about saving energy and money, then unplug all of those gadgets
and put your hands to work. Chop the vegetables instead of allowing the
processor to do it. Carve the turkey without the electric knife. Use a whisk
instead of the blender. Use time and the refrigerator to thaw meat, and
not the microwave. Lastly, and we will talk about it more in the next
section, unplug everything when your done (including that coffee maker on
a timer)!
